At a gas turbine site, the customer used the kunscope T2 high-definition industrial borescope, inserting the probe through the unit's reserved inspection ports into the combustion chamber and turbine section to inspect and count the internal blades one by one. During the inspection, on-site personnel used the T2's high-definition imaging capability to clearly observe the surface condition of the blades, and used the probe's steering function to sweep through the blade passages one by one, ensuring no omissions and no repetitions.

The system is compatible with a wide range of probe specifications from φ0.85 mm to φ8.0 mm, and supports interchangeable φ3.9 mm and φ6.0 mm direct/side-view lenses, covering various optical configurations such as macro, near focus, wide angle, medium focus, and far focus. This means that when facing different gas turbine inspection port sizes and internal passage structures, on-site personnel can flexibly select the appropriate probe to complete the inspection.

Flexible Steering Capability — Equally Critical:
Relying on self-developed transmission technology, the T2 can achieve 360° full-area mechanical steering over long distances, with a steering angle of up to 140°, enabling precise positioning and observation of targets within the complex internal cavities of gas turbines. Combined with a high-definition long-distance image transmission system, it can maintain clear imaging even at relatively deep positions.
